Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Subscription" means a fixed monthly fee paid by the Player for participation in the Lottery;
• "Lottery" means People's Postcode Lottery Casino, a UKGC-licensed subscription lottery where Players pay a fixed monthly fee per ticket using their UK postcode as entry;
• "Player" or "you" refers to an individual who participates in the Lottery;

2. SUBSCRIPTION

By subscribing to the Lottery and paying the Subscription fees, you acknowledge that:

a) You are at least 18 years old and have not self-excluded from participating in the Lottery;b) Your account will be automatically included in daily, weekly, monthly, and special draws for as long as your subscription remains active;c) You understand that ticket prices include a minimum of 33% contribution to charity funds.

3. PLAYING THE LOTTERY

By subscribing to the Lottery, you agree:

a) To participate using a valid UK postcode; b) Not to impersonate or attempt to deceive other Players regarding your postcode;c) To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Great Britain;

4. DRAW PROCEDURE AND PRIZE AWARDING

The winner(s) of the Lottery shall be determined by:

a) Random selection of a valid UK postcode from eligible entries; b) Awarding prizes to winners as published on our website;c) Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Great Britain.

5. PRIZES AND CHARITY CONTRIBUTIONS

The winner(s) of the Lottery shall receive their prize directly, while:

a) A minimum of 33% contribution goes towards supporting charitable causes through our partnership with various UK charities; b) The remainder will go to furthering your interests as a subscriber and potential winner.

6. SELF-EXCLUSION AND CHALLENGING ENTRY

You may self-exclude from participating in the Lottery for a period specified on our website, during which time you will not be eligible to participate or win any prizes:

a) You understand that self-exclusion is irreversible; b) Your account remains blocked until the chosen term ends and you actively request reactivation.

7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

We exclude all liability for losses arising from participation in the Lottery, including but not limited to winnings, prize allocations or charity contributions.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain:

a) The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions; b) Any legal action must be brought within one year after the relevant dispute arises.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion, which modifications may become effective immediately upon being made available on our website.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to their subject matter:

a) They replace all prior agreements, understandings and communications;b) Any other terms or conditions that might be communicated in writing by you shall not become part of these Terms and Conditions unless approved in writing by our management.
